ABOUT ME
Emma Fasson is an award-winning Executive Producer and Head of Production with two decades of experience leading creative output across New York, London, and Los Angeles. She has shaped and scaled integrated production at some of the world's most respected agencies — including Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA\Chiat\Day, Lucky Generals, Grey London, Publicis, and RKCR/Y&R — building high-performing teams and delivering work that earns both critical recognition and cultural impact.
Her credits include Instacart "We're Here," which aired at Super Bowl LIX and ranked #1 on the USA Today Ad Meter among first-time advertisers; Oblivia Coalmine, which was awarded a D&AD Pencil in 2024; and Bose "Get Closer," directed by Jaron Albertin. Across brands big and small, Emma brings the same rigour and creative ambition — whether the budget is $250K or $15M.
Known for her ability to bring calm to complexity, she leads across film, social, experiential, and mobile, with a deep belief that great production is a creative act in itself — not an afterthought. She partners closely with creative and strategy teams from the earliest stages, ensuring that what gets made is as strong as what gets sold.
Emma is currently Head of Production at Saatchi & Saatchi New York.
